APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE

 

It is the most important product by volume produced by Concentrados Villaviciosa S.A. Its production begun in 1975.
The harvest extends from August to November, depending on varieties and sources. These are the months of peak production, although Concentrados Villaviciosa S.A can supply apple juice concentrate all year around.

STORAGE TEMPERATURE AND SHELF LIFE

The product shelf life changes depending on storage conditions:

  • Apple juice concentrate kept at room temperature (20ºC) must be processed soon after delivery, or within a maximum period of 3 months
  • Apple juice concentrate kept at temperature below 5ºC can be stored for a 12 months period
