As our company continues to develop, we have added apple puree to our range of products. We produce apple puree at 11ªbrix using acidic varieties of apple as a raw material.

PACKAGING

Apple puree can be packed in  280 Kg. foodgrade plastic drums or 25 ton. tankers.                                   

                                  

 

STORAGE TEMPERATURE AND SHELF LIFE

The product shelf life changes depending on storage conditions:

  • Apple puree kept at room temperature (20ºC)must be processed soon after delivery, or within a maximum term of 1 month
  • Apple juice pureekept at a temperature below 4ºC can be stored for a 12 months period
